Imagine:
A team that collaborates with joy and confidence, facing challenges together.
Where diverse perspectives spark ideas, relationships thrive, and creativity flows.
A Facilitator who confidently supports a group in working together effectively.
A culture that values well-being, inspires productivity, and turns shared values into action.
Teachers as Facilitators Workshop is designed for anyone who facilitates meetings with their peers. Drawing on insights from conversations and surveys with over 400 leaders worldwide, Bob Garmston and Carolyn McKanders uncovered a common challenge: peer facilitators must juggle time, energy, and process management while maintaining their professional integrity and navigating the complexities of being both a leader and a colleague.
This workshop is a response to real-world challenges around facilitation and collaboration and goes beyond just facilitator tools—they integrate the five essential Mindsets of facilitation into one’s practice, fostering deeper collaborative effectiveness in groups.
